We offer full assembly, sub-assembly and kit assembly as well as pressure testing to ensure a tight seal for liquid and gas parts. We can also provide fully finished parts. Our facility has a clean assembly area for medical and electronics parts and a separate area for soldering, gluing, brazing or any other processes that create waste.
From 5 – 10,000 pieces or more, our state-of-the-art multi-axis equipment allows your parts to come off the line complete and fully functioning at tolerances of +/- 0.0002. Our magazine bar feeders allow for lights-out production. We manufacture parts from 1/16” to1-1/4” diameter in plastic, brass, aluminum and stainless-steel.
We can run 24/7 (unattended lights-out) with our top-of-the-line robotics and magazine bar loader equipment. With a +/- 0.0002 tolerance and a 1/4" – 8” diameter our multi-axis machines offers tapping, turning, milling and drilling so that your plastic, brass, aluminum and stainless-steel parts come off complete.
Hardy Machine offers high-precision vertical and horizontal (6 and 8 pallet) milling machines and high-speed drilling and tapping. This equipment can run lights-out which provides our customers speed, repeatability, accuracy and cost savings.
With a 1/4" – 2-5/8” bar capacity and 8 – 12 station turrets, we have the right fit for all of your turned parts.
